need to know.

A complete walkthrough of Culture Loop — what it does, who it's built for, how the scoring works, and how to get your team started in minutes.

What Is Culture Loop?

Culture Loop is a continuous culture measurement platform designed for organizations that want to close the gap between leadership perception and team reality. It replaces annual surveys and gut-feel management with a structured, data-driven feedback loop.

At its core, Culture Loop asks your team a standardized set of questions across 8 cultural domains — from Vision & Purpose to Learning & Innovation — and aggregates the responses into a single Culture Score on a 24–120 scale. Leaders see the results; team members remain anonymous.

The "loop" is intentional: measure → analyze → act → re-measure. Over time, this builds a longitudinal record of your organization's cultural health that you can track, report on, and present to stakeholders.

Who It's For

Leaders & Executives

CEOs, CHROs, and team leads who need quantified insight into organizational health without relying on anecdote or annual surveys.

HR & People Teams

HR professionals who want structured measurement tools that produce reportable, defensible data — not just word clouds and mood boards.

Team Members

Individual contributors who want a safe, anonymous channel to communicate how they genuinely experience the culture day-to-day.

Growing Organizations

Teams of 5–500 that are scaling culture intentionally and need a system that grows with them — from startup to structured enterprise.

How It Works

01

Leader creates an organization

Sign up and onboard your organization in under 2 minutes. You'll receive a unique Organization ID that members use to join.

02

Invite your team

Share your QR code or direct join link. Members scan or click, enter your Organization ID, and they're in — no email verification required.

03

Open a measurement cycle

Choose between a Micro-Pulse (5 quick questions, takes ~2 minutes) or a Full Assessment (40 questions, ~8 minutes). The cycle opens a window for responses.

04

Team members respond anonymously

Members navigate to the Assess page and score each statement on a 1–5 scale. Responses are encrypted and never individually attributable.

05

Close & score the cycle

When you're ready, close the window. Culture Loop scores the results and generates your Culture Score, domain breakdown, and risk indicators.

06

Analyze & act

Review the dashboard, Pulse Report, or Quarterly Report. Identify your lowest-scoring domains, run targeted conversations, and re-measure to track improvement.

Platform Pages

Dashboard

/Leader

Your command center. See your organization's latest Culture Score, domain-by-domain breakdown, participation rate, and historical trend at a glance. KPI cards surface the most critical data immediately without navigating anywhere else.

Assess

/assessAll Members

The anonymous assessment interface for team members. Presents 5–40 questions across 8 cultural domains. Each question is scored on a 1–5 scale (Rarely → Always). Results are aggregated — individual responses are never visible.

Cycles

/assess/manageLeader

Manage your measurement windows. Start a Micro-Pulse (quick 5-question check-in) or a Full Assessment (complete 40-question deep dive). Close a cycle when ready to score and lock in results. A history table shows all past cycles with response counts and status.

Pulse Report

/reports/pulseLeader

Longitudinal analytics from every Micro-Pulse cycle. Displays a trend chart of your Culture Score over time, respondent counts, your strongest domain, and a 4-column domain grid with mini sparkline bars showing per-domain trajectory.

Quarterly Report

/reports/quarterlyLeader

Executive-level rollup of Full Assessment cycles. Summarizes progress across quarters with domain-level comparisons, risk flags, and downloadable insight panels. Designed for board presentations and leadership team reviews.

QR / Share

/qrLeader

Generate a scannable QR code and direct join link for your organization. Display it on a screen during all-hands meetings, post it in Slack, or embed it in an onboarding email. New members scan or click to land on the Join page.

Settings

/settingsLeader

Configure your organization's name, anonymity threshold (minimum responses before results display), cycle cadence, and the leader/team weighting split. The Team tab lists all members with role badges — leaders can remove members with a single click.

The Scoring System

Every statement in Culture Loop is scored on a 1–5 Likert scale (Rarely, Sometimes, Neutral, Often, Always). The Full Assessment has 40 statements across 8 domains (5 per domain). The Micro-Pulse uses a rotating subset of 5.
